WHAT YOU WILL DO

- – Lead agile transformation across product, engineering, and business teams

- – Coach teams and leaders at all levels — from Scrum Masters to C-suite sponsors

- – Design and facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and programme increment planning

- – Help the organisation build a lasting agile culture, not just adopt a framework

- – Identify and remove systemic blockers to flow, quality, and team autonomy
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
*7+ years coaching agile teams and organisations through real transformation
*Deep knowledge of SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, or Kanban — and knowing when not to use them
*Strong facilitation and communication skills across seniority levels
*Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries is a plus
*Fluency in English; a Nordic language is a strong advantage
