Our client is a Nordic healthcare technology company building next-generation clinical decision support tools powered by AI. With rich datasets, a strong engineering culture, and regulatory approval in two markets, they are ready to scale their data platform and move several ML models into production. This is a rare opportunity to work on AI that genuinely improves patient outcomes. The identity of the client will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and implement a modern, scalable data platform tailored to clinical and operational data
- Build end-to-end data pipelines — ingestion, transformation, and serving layers
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and LLM-powered features into production
- Advise on data governance, GDPR compliance, and AI ethics frameworks
- Translate complex data capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* 5+ years in data engineering, data science, or analytics engineering
* Strong Python and SQL — you write production-quality code, not just notebooks
* Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, or Airflow
* Exposure to ML frameworks and LLM integration (LangChain, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face)
* Experience in GDPR-regulated or healthcare environments is a strong advantage
